Step 1: Warping
Stringent control on the arrangement as well as tension of the material
to be warped is continuously monitored throughout the warping of
each beam. This is to ensure the warped material has even tension
before the beam is sent for loading onto the knitting or needle
machines. |

Step 2: Knitting/Needle
Loom
Elastic is either produced by the knitting or needle loom process,
which differs a lot in terms of characteristic and applications.
Extra care is maintained throughout the looming to ensure the semi-finished
products comply with their particular specification. This includes
the elongation, width, design consistency, curve of elastic etc. |

Step 3: Dyeing
The semi-finished elastic is sent to this department for color dyeing.
Tight control is implemented on the color shade based on customer's
requirement as well as good color fastener of the elastic. Also,
all dyestuff used is ensured to be AZO free. |

Step 4: Inspection
Before the finished goods are packed, they are subjected to a stringent
inspection process to ensure the elastic is free from dirt and other
defects. |

Step 5: Packing
After going through the Inspection process, the finished goods are
packed in accordance to customer's packing requirement. A final
Quality Control Inspection procedure is implemented using the sampling
method for every shipment before the goods are delivered to our
customers. |
