Furniweb Safety Webbing Sdn.Bhd. (FSW) is the result of a strategic partnership sealed in 1996, beween Furniweb Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and Autolive of Sweden, a world leader in the manufacture of automotive safety systems.

FSW produces seatbelt webbings for both the domestic and export automotive markets. Over time, FSW has expanded rapidly to become the largest producer of seatbelt webbing in Malaysia. Today, the company exports almost 30% of its seatbelt webbing.

FSW is also certified with QS 9000:1998 Standards.

Seatbelt Webbings

Seatbelt webbings are are manufactured to various construction and specifications to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive restraint system producers, as well as the local and international automotive manufacturers.

Our range includes :

1. Normal Seat Belt Webbing

100% polyester yarn.
Width up to 50mm.
Breaking load up to 3,400 kgf.
Elongation as per customer requirement.
Complying standards with MS1154(1989), JIS D 4604(1995), AS 1753(1990) and ECE R16.

2. Child Seat Webbing

100% polyester yarn.
Width up to 38mm.
Breaking load up to 1,355kgf.
Complying standards with MS594(1995), JIS D 0401(1990), JIS D 4604(1995) and AS 1753(1990).
