Furniweb specializes in conventional and air covered yarn using rubber or Spandex core covering with different type of textile materials. Our covered yarns are widely used in stretched woven and knitted fabrics, narrow elastic fabrics, socks, gloves, bandages and other apparel as well as in the packing industry for vegetable binding and flower binding.
We produce according to customer’s requirements based on elongation, twist per meter (TPM) and color. Special food grade rubber threads and yarns are also available upon request.
Product Characteristics
- Core Material: Elastane (Spandex) or Rubber Threads.
- Covering Material: Polyester, Nylon, Cotton, or other special yarns (Customizable for specific requirements).
- Denier Range: Available from 20D to 1,680D, allowing flexibility for different applications.
- Rubber Gauge Count: Available from count 20 to 110 (As per customer requirements).
- Elongation, Twist Per Meter (TPM) & Colour Options: As per customer requirements.
Food grade rubber threads and yarns are available.
